Bartlesville is a 45-minute drive north of Tulsa, and Tulsa International Airport is the nearest airport, featuring two main terminals, each equipped with a dedicated baggage claim area. Though it has limited public transportation, Bartlesville is easy to navigate and is one of the friendliest places you will ever visit.

Session Location

Conference sessions will be held either at VOM Headquarters or at two convenient locations within a few miles of VOM.

Parking

The main parking area for plenary sessions will be located on the north side of Washington Park Mall (2350 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville). Complimentary VOM shuttles will run between the mall parking area and all plenary sessions at OKWU. A limited number of parking spots at OKWU for the plenary sessions will be reserved for attendees with mobility issues or special needs.

As ample parking is available at City Church and VOM Headquarters, conference attendees should plan to drive to those locations for breakout sessions and the Friday evening meal.

Please look for signage and volunteers to guide you to the correct parking areas and shuttle pick-up locations.
